We are andtheRiddle. Jacky and Dan. Two people. That’s not to say that this is some exclusive thing, it just sort of happened like that Our goal is simply to use our talents to make an honest income, live a healthy modest life and to make great music.

Originally from KwaZulu-Natal, we relocated to Cape Town in 2013, lived in Gordon’s Bay for a few years, and now thrive in a valley near Uniondale. We have since enjoyed a higher degree of success performing full-time up and down the Garden Route, while growing more food, breathing fresher air and drinking cleaner water than we ever could in a city. About once a year, we record an EP and move this circus out on the road to further explore our spectacular countryside and share our musical message.

As modern independent musicians, we take great pride in assuming as much responsibility for our needs as possible In this way, we find ourselves, by definition, much more than just musicians, routinely juggling the duties of agent, producer sound engineer, tour manager, marketing manager graphic designer, editor, etc This is borne out of circumstance and there are few greater nourishers of human potential than necessity
